Australia’s best kitchens and bathrooms are recognised at the Annual HIA Kitchen & Bathroom Awards. The awards acknowledge the talents of designers, manufacturers and installers to plan safe, functional and innovative kitchens and bathrooms. Key criteria that kitchens and bathrooms are judged on include areas such as quality of workmanship, movement & access and ergonomics. Key criteria for kitchen and bathroom design include appearance & innovation, design, flair, lighting, movement, fixtures and fittings.

The awards are held annually in each state and as a member of the Housing Industry Association we have entered the Tasmanian Housing awards since 2011 with the exception 2012. We have won the ‘Kitchen of the Year’ and ‘Kitchen Design of the Year’ on multiple occasions. Our 2017 winning Ivy Lane project went on to win the 2018 HIA-CSR Australian 'Kitchen of the Year' which was held in Singapore, this prestigious award is a first for Tasmania.
